4. Booking and Reservations
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
4.2 Minimum Age Requirements
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

5. Payment Terms

- A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking
- Full payment is due 7 days before tour departure
- Bookings made within 7 days of departure require immediate full payment

- Debit cards
- Bank transfers (for large group bookings)
- Cash (for walk-in bookings only)
5.3 Currency
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Foreign exchange rates may apply for international payments.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellations
- 48+ hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
- 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
- Group bookings: May have different cancellation terms
6.2 Company Cancellations
- We may cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather, or safety concerns
- Full refund provided for company-initiated cancellations
- Alternative tour dates or experiences may be offered
- We are not liable for consequential costs (flights, hotels, etc.)
6.3 Weather Policy
- Tours operate in most weather conditions
- Indoor alternatives provided when necessary
- Extreme weather cancellations result in full refund or reschedule
7. Tour Participation and Safety
7.1 Fitness and Health Requirements
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions affecting participation
- Some tours require specific fitness levels
- We reserve the right to exclude guests who cannot safely participate
- No refund for exclusion due to undisclosed health conditions
7.2 Safety Guidelines
- Guests must follow all safety instructions from guides
- Safety equipment must be worn when provided
- Alcohol or drug impairment may result in tour exclusion
- Dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal
7.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption

- Adventure activity coverage (where applicable)
8. Liability and Risk
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Guests participate in tours at their own risk

- We use third-party providers for some services (hotels, transport, etc.)
- These providers have their own terms and conditions
- We are not liable for third-party service failures
- We will assist in resolving third-party issues when possible
